In product development, we rely in particular on SCRUM, whereby we only use personnel in key functions who have successfully completed SCRUM certifications from SCRUM.org or the SCRUM Alliance. These two certifications are offered by the inventors of the SCRUM methodology. We are happy to share our knowledge and support the cultural change towards agile working with our projects.
